Youth and Women for Peace and Sustainable Development (YOWPSUD) is a non-governmental organization based in Kenya, dedicated to empowering marginalized communities through peacebuilding, governance, social justice, and sustainable development. Since 2010, YOWPSUD has worked to address systemic inequality by amplifying the voices of youth and women in decision-making spaces, promoting inclusive development, and building community resilience against violence and extremism.
The organization leads transformative programs in civic education, conflict prevention, trauma-informed community engagement, climate action, and economic empowerment, with a strong focus on cross-sector partnerships and public participation.
